Placing Your Order: Placing your order is the fun part, be creative and do it yourself, or call us for help! Start by choosing your items, then choose the fabric, then load it in your shopping bag! All orders are processed within 24 hours of submission. So you will be charged and work will begin on your truly one-of-a-kind product!

Privacy and Security: We utilize encryption/security software to safeguard the confidentiality of personal information we collect from unauthorized access. When you send confidential personal credit card information to us on our web site or through the check out page, a secure server encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Our corporate values and policies are committed to the protection of customer information.

Payment Options: We accept Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We also accept payments via PayPal, checks and money orders. Please note production will NOT begin on your products until we receive the check or money order.

Canceling or Changing Your Order: You will have 24 hours after you submit your order to cancel it or make changes. After the 24 hour period has passed, there will be no cancellations accepted, as we have already begun cutting fabric and possibly sewing your custom products.

Backordered Fabrics or Products: Although we do not anticipate backorders, they can occur. Often the fabric mills simply run out of a fabric and have to restart production. Please note that we are doing everything we can to get your products to you in the 4-6 week period. As soon as we are alerted that there is a delay, we will contact you via the email or phone number you provided.

Shipping Methods Used: We prefer to ship using UPS. International orders will be shipped Priority Mail through USPS. If you have a FED EX account you would prefer we use, please let us know.

Cost of Shipping: Throughout the year we run specials on our shipping costs. **International Shipments do not qualify for free shipping specials** For shipments to Canada and Mexico, we charge $59.99, Shipments to all other countries usually run a flat $119.99. Please remember bedding and window treatments are bulky and can cost quite a bit for us to ship! RedoTheRoom.com is NOT responsible for any taxes or tariffs charged when the products are shipped to the customer.

$500.00-699.99 = $14.99
$700.00 and over = $17.99

Time Frame to Receive Your Order: The anticipation is killing you! We know how hard it is to wait, but this is worth it! The time of production is anywhere from 3-5 weeks, then we ship it off to you from right here in Dallas. Actual shipping can take 7-10 days within the United States, 10-20+ days internationally.

Tracking Your Order: We will email you the tracking number as soon as it ships. This way, you do not have to wonder or worry. Once you get the tracking number, you can log onto UPS.com and see exactly where your packages are! If you have questions, just call us!

Refused Shipments/ Incorrect Addresses: We will charge you a $35 re-stocking fee plus any shipping charges incurred if your order is returned to us because it was refused upon delivery . This fee will be charged to your original form of payment.

Damaged Or Defective Products: We hold our seamstresses and artisans to the highest standards. EACH piece undergoes a rigorous quality control check and is signed off on before it is shipped to you. If you do find damage, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.

Return Policies: You are creating and designing products based on your personal taste and preferences which may not be resellable to others, so we must adhere to the following policies: Custom-designed furnishings, bedding, accessories, and other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order, and CANNOT be returned or exchanged. RedoTheRoom.com makes fabric samples available to help you select the appropriate colors and designs for your dècor. Because custom items cannot be returned, we suggest that you contact a Design Consultant to request a sample prior to purchasing custom items. Orders placed in-store, online, or during an at-home consultation are considered final sales and MAY NOT be returned.

Store Credit: There may be instances when a store credit is issued. You can use this credit code to purchase anything online. You will enter the credit code as you check out!
